The quality of the run-in period is related to the normal operation of the late small roller, the probability of failure, the length of the service life of an important factor. However, due to various reasons, we do not pay as much attention to the run-in period of the new machine as imagined, even in the run-in period for a long time overload, resulting in frequent early failure of the machine, thereby shortening the service life of the machine, affecting the progress of the project. So in the run-in period, how to operate a small roller is reasonable?
Characteristics of the machine in the run-in period:
1. Loosening occurs
Newly processed and assembled parts, there are geometric shape and match size deviation, in the early use, due to impact, vibration, heat, deformation and other factors, coupled with too fast wear and other reasons, easy to loosen the original fastening parts.
2, poor lubrication
Due to the small fit gap of newly assembled parts, and due to assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of fit gap, lubricating oil (fat) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface to prevent wear, reduce lubrication efficiency, serious will cause precision fit friction surface scratch or bite phenomenon.
3. Oil leakage occurs
Due to the looseness, vibration and heat of the machine, the machine will have oil leakage phenomenon. And part of the casting, processing and other defects are difficult to find in the assembly and debugging, but because of the vibration and impact in the operation process, these defects will be exposed, manifested as leakage (seepage) of oil (water).
4, wear speed is fast
Due to the influence of new machine parts processing, assembly and adjustment, the friction surface is rough, the contact area of the mating surface is small, and the pressure condition of the surface is uneven. In the process of operation, the concave and convex parts of the surface of the parts interact with each other, and the worn down metal debris continues to participate in the friction as abrasive, which accelerates the wear of the matching surface of the parts.
5, operation mistakes
If the operator of small roller structure and performance is not enough to understand, it is easy to operate error, cause equipment failure, and even cause the occurrence of accidents.
Use and maintenance of run-in period:
1. Operators need to understand the structure and performance of the machine, and obtain certain operation and maintenance experience before operating the machine.
2. Check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water) frequently, and pay attention to check the tightness of the whole machine. At the same time, should strengthen the lubrication of the lubrication point, it is recommended that in the run-in period, each shift to grease the lubrication point.
3, often observe the instrument instructions, abnormal should be stopped in time to check, in the cause is not found, the fault is not removed before the operation should be stopped.
4. Keep the machine clean, adjust and tighten loose parts in time. As far as possible to reduce the wear phenomenon aggravated by loose parts and parts of the loss.
5, at the end of the run-in period, the machine should be forced to maintain. Check and adjust the work, and pay attention to the replacement of oil.
6, the run-in period of the work load generally do not exceed 60% of the rated work load, and to arrange suitable workload, to prevent the occurrence of machine for a long time continuous operation caused by overheating phenomenon.
Small roller in the run-in period of maintenance requirements can be summarized as: strengthen training, reduce load, pay attention to check, strengthen lubrication. Only in this way can the equipment create more value and reduce high repair costs.
